Claudia Quiceno, Psy.S., NCSP, BCBA

I am a bilingual Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I have over 20 years of experience of working with children and families. I earned my bachelor’s degree in special education from Florida Atlantic University. At Nova Southeastern University, I obtained a master’s degree in psychology and my Specialist in School Psychology (Psy.S.).

As a practitioner, I apply my expertise in mental health, learning, and behavior to help my clients succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally. I conduct evaluations, make recommendations, and provide interventions for individuals from birth through college age.

Martha A. Carias-Otto, Ed.S., NCSP

I am a bilingual and nationally certified school psychologist, licensed in the state of Florida. My academic journey began at the University of Miami, where I earned my undergraduate degree in Developmental Psychology and English Literature. I furthered my education at Florida International University, graduating in 2014 with an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in School Psychology.

I have been a practicing school psychologist for over 10 years in South Florida. Beyond my schoolwide and clinical practice, I also serve as an adjunct professor at Florida International University where I teach graduate courses in crisis counseling and intervention as well as assessment of clinically and linguistically diverse students. My work primarily involves conducting psychological and comprehensive diagnostic evaluations (CDEs). I specialize in assessing for a wide range of needs, including Giftedness, Learning Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, Developmental Delays, Emotional/Behavioral Disorders, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), which includes the administration of ADOS-2.

I am a bilingual School Psychologist who is certified and licensed in the state of Florida. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Emory University and my Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from Florida International University. I have over 20 years experience working in the field and am passionate about making a positive, lasting difference in the lives of children and their families.
